Firstly, we thank all our esteemed customers for their support and making Nanyang Zhongnan Diamond Company the No.1 company in India.

In the last so many years of our association with you, we have made efforts to provide our customers with the best price and consistent quality.

However, in our recent visit to India, we had noticed duplicate and smuggled material of ZND grade available in your local market. This development has disturbed us immensely and have created fear in our minds that poor quality material may result in poor performance of the tools produced by such material. This may lead you to doubts about the quality of our products.

So as to control such unpleasant situation, we have decided to introduce a new series called the 2300 series. This series will be specially for Exports from China. All grades supplied under the 2300 series will be certified by us as " Specially Graded & Standardized for Export". We confirm that the new series will have no change in quality of the goods compared to those that have been supplied to you in the past. The decision to introduce the new series is only to control the unpleasant situation in local markets in India.

We are also introducing a new Price List. Hope the new price list will enable you to compete well in the local market.

We are also introducing a new Export Company. The new company will be called "Nanyang Zhongnan Import and Export Co. Ltd." The company has specially been set up to bifurcate our local and exporting sales. While making remittance for all your future requirements, kindly note the new SWIFT Code & A/C No.
